During Divine Service

Envelopes:

Please use the envelopes located in the pews or request a personalized set of numbered envelopes from the Financial Recording Secretary.

Tax Receipts:

If you use a pew envelope and would like a charitable tax receipt at the end of the year, please write your full name, address, and email or phone number on the envelope.

eTransfers

You can send a direct deposit to Trinity’s bank account via Interac eTransfer.

Send transfers to offering@tlc-lcc.ca.

Required Info:

In the message box, include your name, address, and contact information (email or phone). If you have an envelope number, please include it.

Designation:

Specify if your gift is for the English-language Ministry or the Chinese-language Ministry.

Security:

Most transfers deposit automatically. If your bank requires a security question, please send the answer in a separate email to offering@tlc-lcc.ca.

Recurring Gifts:

You may be able to set Trinity up as a regular payee to schedule monthly offerings.

Fees:

There are no fees for Trinity. Most personal chequing accounts do not charge the donor for eTransfers (please verify with your bank). 100% of your gift goes to the ministry.

Testing:

To verify the email address before giving, you can send a blank email to offering@tlc-lcc.ca for a confirmation reply from our Treasurer, or send a small test transfer first.

Pre-Authorized Payments

You can set up automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account. Please contact the Financial Recording Secretary to complete the necessary agreement.

Credit Card (via Lutheran Church-Canada)

You can give using Visa or MasterCard through the LCC website.

Follow-up Required:

Because LCC sends donations in a lump sum without donor names or designations, please email offering@tlc-lcc.ca with the date and amount of your gift. Please also specify if it is for the "English" or "Chinese" ministry.
